We have a lovely villa available on the Dutch side of St Maarten in Beacon Hill on Burgeaux Bay with views of the sun setting into the sea. The villa is the one on the left in the photo to the left. Wake up every morning to the sounds of the sea and a beautiful view across the azure waters of the Caribbean. Many photos will enlarge if clicked.
Also in the Beacon Hill area, we have a beautiful two bedroom, two and a half bath villa with a pool just steps from our end of Simpson Bay Beach. Just hyperjump over to Villa Bananaquit.

This home is on the calm turquoise waters of Bergeaux Bay Beach, Beacon Hill, on a quiet dead end street. It faces southwest for a sunset view each day. Simpson Bay Beach (2 miles of beautiful white sand) is a 4 minute walk and the Maho area (another beach area) with restaurants, casinos, beach bars, night clubs, and entertainment is a 10 minute walk. This is a great location. Each unit has three bedrooms and three baths with full kitchen, DR/LR, and a deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea with a gas grill. A/C in all bedrooms and ceiling fans in every room. TV/VCR/CD/DVD with Bose Home Theatre surround sound system.
