Sea Place Villa (photos above) is located on the ocean's edge of Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of St Maarten. This oceanfront two bedroom luxury villa is in the La Siesta Residence, a small private, 13-unit resort, comprised of two buildings that share an oceanfront pool. Sea Place Villa is one of three units in Building B. It encompasses the entire 2nd floor, with spectacular views and sea breezes. A private 2nd floor lets you sleep with the windows open.
Sea Belle Villa (photos below) is an oceanfront, ground floor, 1 bedroom luxury villa, on the other side of the pool in building A. This unit has spectacular views of Simpson Bay, the beach and pool.
Both villas have all the amenities of a luxury hotel - maid service, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer and dryer, comfy king bed/pillows, colorful linens/towels and LCD TVs/DVDs in the bedrooms and living room.
