This stunning villa is located a mere five minute walk up from the beach regularly voted the best beach in the Caribbean by the readers of Caribbean Travel & Life. Imagine dining on this fabulous terrace. The pool is located on the lower level of the villa and shares the fabulous views of Pinel and Little Cay. It's subtly lighted for nighttime bathing.

On the left is half of the spacious interior living room which has great views via large windows and doors. In the center is the is the other half of the room. On the right is the exterior living room.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a convenient bar, a full size American refrigerator, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker, a blender, and a great view. It hardly ever rains in Sunny St Martin, but if it does, there is an indoor dining table.

There are three bedrooms and each has its own attached bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a very large bathroom.

Our Rates (for 6 to 8 people) 4 January to 15 April 3,300 € per week 16 April to 14 December 2,465 € per week 17 December to 3 January 4,250 € per week The unit has all amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, DVD player, a stereo, wireless internet access, two TVs with satelite service including five channels in English. If you would like to have some food available upon your arrival, just send an email detailing your desires. The rates included twice-weekly maid service. Daily maid service is available for a $150 per week supplement. A 30% deposit will be required in order to confirm a reservation. In order to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the deposit, notice of cancellation must be received 60 days prior to sheduled arrival. This villa is owned by the ex-owners of California Restaurant which also has apartments.
